China steams past U.S., France to be Germany's biggest trading partner:

China for the first time became Germany's most important trading partner in 2016, overtaking the United States, which fell back to third place behind France, data showed on Friday. Ref. Source 4i.

This is really surprising. We have been strong trading partners with Germany since the end of WW2. I guess it just shows the strengthening of the Chinese economy.
