Yeah, there is a saying that goes there are lies, darn lies, and statistics. One can manipulate a study and the statistics to mean just about anything. If we eat more natural stuff though, like range fed chicken and all natural eggs, we would be much healthier. Even range fed red meat would be okay. But part of this is how we cook it too. We don't want to sear it too mush as that builds carcinogens.
