Comments: I have been able to raise the money owed to the bank to stop a foreclosure. I go to the bank and they say the auction date is too close to stop it now so I will have to bid on my own home at the auction. That sound ridiculous to me, how true is that they can go ahead with a rel estate auction just because the date is too close?
