I know it takes a special person to be a doctor. I know Just not anyone can cut into a person to save their lives or to remove something from them. To have the empathy and other emotional intelligence to be a doctor I guess is a must. I find this study interesting.
Wow, my old family doctor from when I was a kid had a terrible bedside manner. He had little empathy. These are back in the days when doctors still made house calls. He may not have had much empathy, but he was a great diagnostician and an even better surgeon.
