Friends, Fads, and Fitting in Problem

Real friends are hard to come by,fads they come and they go approx every 10 to 15years ask mom or dad. Fitting in now there is a problem when I grew up I did not from fitting in now in this day and age it is a requirement because if you don't you don't get to go to partys beach, birthday, weekend, you are then an outcast with no friends and in extream cases you are a human battering ram for anybody who wants to beat on you also become a fall guy or person when trouble goes down you take the blame and what ever else. Man what's wrong with this picture this is just short of a sicko idea what you teens do to each other love one another respect one another you will find this method will carry you a lot further in life.

Those are not friends in the first place. Secondly, why a person should try to fit and be 'cool' or look 'cool' for instance in order to be accepted by others? *shaking head*. I wish teenagers could see that real friends are those who accept you for what you are not for what you pretend to be or for what you want to be.

When in Rome you do as the Romans do, right? Not necessarily. When it comes to fitting in with foreign cultures, 'just be yourself' might be the more appropriate mantra, says new research. Ref. Source 6v.

Problem Fitting Fads Friends

I tend to stand out no matter what I do. I am not a small guy so people are knowing where I am at. I do try to be myself but sometimes it is hard without offending people. Makes me a introverted extrovert.

I find that being yourself but being interested in learning about whatever culture you are in goes a long way towards helping you fit in to a new culture.

Oh I am always willing to try and learn about the area I am in and the culture. I think that is what makes me stand out as I am willing to go check out a new culture and learn new things where others may not.
