In my country you can say what you like without slander (specific name in bad light). However, the laws have a very large gray area that can put you down as inciting riot.

I find it interesting that you can express just about anything you want out in public. SOme may look at you strange and others will ignore you. Some may join you and others may hate you. As long as you do not start a riot of fight you are fine in saying anything you want.

That's just it, you can say something and then someone is ready to kill over it, but what you said has nothing worth killing over. People take things in different ways. Just a word can cause someone to flip.

This is very true but is the speaker responsible if he tells people that they should get rid of (insert person or race) and do so by any means, then a person shoots and kills (insert name or race)? Some will say yes but others will say that he was just speaking and he did not force that other person to go get a gun and point it at another and then pull the trigger. Too many people let words get to them. They are words and nothing that is said means you have to obey unless it is from a officer of the law.
