These are two examples of combat numbers. This is just a short easy reference to your combat information. You would list the rest in your character information. Everyone lists their combat numbers differently. Feel free to look at the other character sheets for help. As far as skill they should look something like this.

The first number being the ranks and then the ability bonus to add to them if any.
Just takes typing. It is not mine but one of the other characters. Just type out the skills and use the enter/return key to list how you want stuff. A copy and paste does not always work. Keeping things simple as you can is the way to go unless you have to explain further if it is needed.
Indeed, if you check the thread, All the numbers for the combat box are listed there.
For skills, just list how many ranks you've purchased for the first number, then the second number is the total modifier. To get it, add the purchased ranks of any to the ability associated with the skill, along with anything else that adds to it.
For instance, let's say someone has 4 ranks in Spot. The associated ability for that skill is Wisdom. So if this person has a +3 Wisdom, and an item that adds +2 to spot checks, they would list the skill as Spot 4, +9.
Red, what are your core statistics? Like your strength, dexterity, intelligence? Etc.
But, rather than quote a number, like Strength 18 describe it, by saying that you work out in the gym and have good muscle definition.
But, we have to be realistic as to what we think we are.
