Ghost has no issue finding it. He leads you back down the hallway and through the door across from the end of the hallway where the corridor heads left and right. Inside the room you see a large stone slab with wrist and ankle restrains to hold a person spread eagle on it. Her armor and gear are in a far corner. There is also devices in this room that can be used for torture among other things.

You do not recognize where you are so you head back to the north around the corner to the right and then at the T head north again. Soon you are back where you all have to craw through. Ghost is down on his belly with his head between his front paws as he worms his way back through.
