I make an excuse and leave the others. I go to the kitchen and explain that I'm in need of some beer or ale and something to snack on. I'll explain the need for it and try to arrange transport to get it out there when they start working. Once that is completed then I will rejoin them.

Setting up a delivery of alcohol to the work site is not hard. A couple of barrels of ale and a dark beer will be taken down there and set up for drink along with some fruit, cheese and bread.

There are twenty guard patrolling the cave in and half are archers so if anything appears out of the tunnels it will be met with extreme prejudice if hostile.

Five of the guards are down in the pit searching and ensuring that it is safe. The trade off on on by two marked areas One area you see a guard step out into open space and float down to the bottom The other the guards step into a ring and float up to the top. Lywenta is there monitoring these "Elevators" to ensure that it is working properly.

When Lywenta sees you arrive with the material she looks at you. "That might be useful in getting up to the caves without having to try to modify these spells for such a short rise into the tunnels. Be warned that in about three days that the NE tunnel will start to fill with water. I am looking into diverting some of the water away from this hole but that will be very taxing to my powers as water is very resistant to magic. The other tunnels you should have a week or two before the water gets up to them at current rate. The Lord understands and his wife and I am working on some solutions to the water issues."
