Page 303 Game Role-Playing Character You Dragons and Dungeons
As I work, I'll bring up something else on my mind, "Qwantithalica and I have been talking about a number of things. The subject of the home she and the others were taken from came up. She believes that the dead still lie there, with no survivors. Whether she is correct on that or not, I wish to head there shortly after we are done with these tunnels. Make sure there are none we can help, do what we can to honor the dead, and bring some closure to the younglings."
"This would not be something for Douglas and the stronghold, so I'd say none of you are obligated to come. But I would ask you to consider volunteering."
"We would likely be gone the better part of a week, and there are apparently some dangerous creatures in the area, though we'll have advance warning on what regions to avoid."

3.5 D&D You As Character Role-Playing Game
You do not find any traps on the door. The door has no lock that you can see or detect. The door opens inward and when you try it it opens easily. Inside you see a sitting room with comfortable chairs placed about. On the far side is a desk. Be hind the desk is a door. The room is twenty feet deep and thirty feet wide. The thing you find odd about this room is the rugs on the floor the tapestries on the walls and everything else is well polished and clean.

The Learner says...I will go into the room and seeing the rugs and tapestries finding them odd, I will investigate them more closely… if possible for me to do so.

The Storyteller says... Looking to Jason, as well nodding at Rachel in agreement to her reply, and I offer, "I will also volunteer to go with you my friend. In part because I also want to help give closure to the younglings but because I don't want you and Qwantithalica going without support." I will then enter the room myself, considering the rugs and tapestries.
