Taking Jonathan well out of earshot, I relate the issue with Rachel "In an effort to save us time, she went off as bait in a scouting attempt a couple of days ago. She was severely abused and injured, but managed to teleport back. It was done without any of us knowing about it, except for the Lord. We weren't happy when we found out. The rest you can surmise."
"The one slave has a toga, that I came up with. What about the others? We could use the bedrolls we found for coverings for the others, better than leaving them naked." I say, not addressing anyone in particular.
I will keep quiet, the situation causing a slow simmering. Especially at the implication given by one of the captives that Rachael had been used similiarly to them.
Seeking out Jason, "Unless it's under your advisement to do otherwise, I will avoid Lord Douglas for now. I will grab my meals and eat elsewhere, keeping quiet and avoiding conversation." I still couldn't let go what he had done.
Looking to the others I sigh, before saying, "Lets get this over with, hopefully we'll be able to get this done before the end if the day." I will wait, growing quiet yet again.

I nod, then look to Rachel, I'll tell Thomas quietly, "Try to avoid bringing it up with her. She will need to confide in someone about it eventually, but we need to let her choose who if possible. For now, I don't know if this is really good for her, but she is getting to strike back at the source of her suffering, which is more than many get a chance to do."
Once the captives are settled with the elven guard watching over them, we'll return to searching through the tunnels where we found the boss.
Out of Character: I got the total number of hobgoblins that you killed wrong once you came back in. The total number is 86 hobgoblins killed.
In Game: As you head back out to explore some more after retrieving sleeping furs to make crude coverings for the unclothed slaves you head back to the bosses room. Walking past that you follow the corridor where it comes to a T intersection. You can go left or right.
