I nod, "Then let us get out of here. We can finish this in the morning after we get the prisoners to safety and get some rest."
We'll return to where we left the guards, work to gather everything and everyone, and proceed back out of the tunnels.
Out of Character: Rachel's going to be unresponsive for a while, check her intro thread.
"Sounds good to me. I doubt we have much more time before the entrance is under water, but we could swim through it,as needed. "
Out of Character: : and this game is on pause, now, too. Sad that they both lost people at the same time. Lifeā¦.

With the help from the elf guard and some of the prisoners you are all able to make it to the entrance. As you get near the entrance you are walking in water is it slowly trickles into the North tunnel. It will take it a bit but you can imagine that you will be walking in water for a while now when you come back in. As you get out you can see the water in the NE tunnel where B is to be about 30 inches deep. This makes the water in the sink hole/pit to be about 40 inches deep now.

"Yeah, this is likely to be problematic soon enough. Lets get back to the stronghold though, these prisoners have waited far too long."
We'll make sure to get everyone back to where they can rest and recover, especially those abused by the hobgoblins.
I'll make my report to Lord Douglas or the commander when they have time, noting my impression that there are likely only a few stragglers left if any, but that we're not going to get complacent due to that assumption.
When you get out of the tunnels and across the lake that is forming to the elevators you find that the first sun has set not too long ago and that it is time for the evening meal. There is a tall red headed guy waiting to hug Vicky as she steps away from the elevator area.
The elf guards take the body of their comrade who fell to report to the Commander. Jason can go with them or go see the lord in the dining hall.
Seeing Kelvin waiting for me, I grin at him. "Hello love" I say to him as there is a wee bit of a sparkle in my eyes. I walk slowly towards him trying not to make the pain and aches I have throughout my body hurt any more than they do.
I say to the others of the group, "See you in the Dining Hall." As Kelvin and I head off to the healers.
With the Elf guards being with you that means the experience is figured out at their combat level thus you all get 3,500 experience from your latest trip into the tunnels.
Travis steps out of his house into the bright sun of a nice day. He turns and a passing car blinds him as the sun is reflected just right into his eyes. The next thing he knows he has stepped off a step or so he things until he can not feel anything under his feet and feels himself falling. He sees water rushing up at him and soon he splashes into some water.
Meanwhile the people in the strong hold hear a loud crack like thunder and those looking towards the sink hole see a flash of light. Welcome to the game Travis you just landed into 40 inches of water.
Out of Character: IF you have reached level 4 make sure to let me know where you placed your +1 to your ability score.
