I look at Qwantithalica and Jason say to them in Elvish; "I am happy for you both"

Out of Character: I see the game is back on *smile* Will reread and update character. Based on my experience in the game, Quick Draw is still the best feat for me to pick up so I don't have to worry about being front, middle or back, I can still get an action in there.

"Hello, Vicky and Kelvin my name is Travis, do you guy's have a cell phone by any chance, mine got damaged," he says.
"Did, I hear someone say there's food, I'm starving after such a weird day," he adds.

Travis, has a silent gasp, as he approaches what appears to be a short 4" 6" tall blonde haired Klingon.
He pauses, for a moment then stands to attention in front of him. He slaps his left hand on his right shoulder. Forming a fist.
"Nuke-neh," Travis proudly states.
"Lord, Douglas, I'm Travis in your humble service", he states.
"Lord, I have lots of question's but firstly what planet am I on, and what year is this,"? He adds.
Out of Character: Hope, you don't mind Travis, being a little nerdy at the moment KN. But to him he looks like a Klingon, and he is just showing the appropriate salute. In Travis's eyes, he is either a real alien, or someone did a fantastic job on the make-up. Adding to that he is a teenager.

The Lord looks at Travis strangely with his salute but listens to him and his questions. "I do not call this planet anything just that I am here. How long have we been here I am not exactly sure somewhere between 20-40 years I would say. I will have to defer the year question to the mages they may tell you more. I guess I let the time run away from me at times. Eat and then you will be given a room if you wish to help the other earthlings that are here.>

I raise an eyebrow as Travis salutes, why would he?... I look at Douglas again, oh.

"Come on Travis, this way. There's food served in this dining hall several times a day. But as to your questions, to be blunt, the name of the planet and what year it is is largely meaningless. This is an entirely different dimension, one with its own natural laws."

"I should also note that Lord Douglas is a dwarf, chances are that he doesn't know klingon greetings. Or at least he is now a dwarf, he was a human from earth like us, but he arrived here decades ago, changing form sometime along the way."

"As to a cell phone, we have a couple. But they're mostly useless. No cell towers in these parts to call or carry internet service. We also don't currently have the means to recharge them, though Grant and I are working on something to solve that together.

I'll get Travis settled a bit before turning my attention back to Thalica, I want to spend what little free time I have with her. There's another project I need to get started on tonight, giving me only a few hours.

Sitting to the side, Jonathan watches the flurry of activity as the others react to the new person discovered in the water and seemed slightly jealous. "Guess it's back to being the middle child." He mumbled to himself. Smelling the food he was determined to learn how to find some spices here to make it better then remembered that there were other newcombers as well. Walking over towards Jason so he could be heard over the background noises of the dining chamber, "Do we know where the others we rescued are? The castle seems to be mostly Elves, I wanted to see if they were from here or from some human settlement somewhere."

"I believe they are receiving care right now, I'd prefer to let them rest before we badger them with questions in any case. They would have to be from elsewhere, this settlement was brought here whole and entire a short period ago from yet another world. That's why the map of the surroundings was one big question mark. Rachel, myself, and a former ranger who is no longer with us arrived shortly afterwards. We were tasked to recon and secure the surrounding area."

"Of course, we haven't been doing much of the former lately, but what else are you gonna do when a pit full of hobs opens up on your doorstep?"
