Out of Character: If the disk is over 3 feet off the gound it stops working if I remember correctly.
In Game: The rains come shortly after you head out from camp. The rain is light at first but then soon it is coming down in wave after wave. You find it hard getting up to the top of the next rise as the ground is getting pretty muddy and slick. As you start down the next side I will need reflex saving throws vs a DC15 to keep from taking a nice mud slide down to the bottom.
Reacting a lot faster than I expect, my innate amplified talents attempt to aid my balance on this muddy slope.
Specific Action: inspiration added to reflex. Tumble skill roll in case I fail to avoid damage.
Edit: forgot to add Dexterity so that's bare pass.

Travis feels a bit wet and incomfotable, in the rain. His akubra hat offering some relief, keeping the rain off his face.
Out of Character: will rol reflex here.
I pull my hood down tighter over my head. The rain is making it difficult to see much as we travel. As we struggle up a steep ridge I let out a sigh of relief and study our surroundings as much as possible. A few steps down the other side and the footing grows treacherous. Ghost and I fight to stay upright....
Travis, and his horse don't fare very well in the wet terrain. They both loose their footing, Travis, dismounts unceremoniously, in the mud. He ends, up sliding down a mudslide. His mare, not faring much better, not upright.
Out of Character: KN what type of torrential rain is this? Cold, and wet, or humid wet?
I will include an unmodified tumble roll here, in case its required.
If its cold, and wet, then I guess hyperthermia might be a problem. Therefore, a fire and shelter may be in order?
