Indeed, Douglas has already invested a great deal in us, and is only now beginning to see benefits. Asking for something tangible in return when we can grant it is certainly reasonable.

Right, one other thing. My level 3 gem was for a devoted cohort. When I got it, I figured I'd wait to ask since I haven't done jack in this world to impress someone. Now may be a more appropriate moment. Have anything in mind that could work for this?
