If this was a Pathfinder game, you would indeed need to roll spellcraft. But it is not.

You don't need to roll anything for standard magic item crafting in 3.5e Dungeons & Dragons. Just pay the costs and do the work.

I have to roll because my class can't directly cast the spells needed for such crafting, and I must essentially fake it each time, but you don't need to worry about that.

Susan has been on the forums often enough since this started to have made her roll if she was aware that it was needed. At this point, might I suggest either giving her a poke or rolling on her behalf?

KN, would anyone need help getting out? I'm not sure if all of them can swim. Not to mention the fact that some of them are heavily weighed down with armor.
