New era of Western wildfire demands new ways of protecting people, ecosystems

Current wildfire policy can't adequately protect people, homes and ecosystems from the longer, hotter fire seasons climate change is causing, according to a new article. Ref. Source 3t.

Prevention Wildfire

Well as the climate is warming up there will be more wild fires. Protecting peoples homes and property are two of the main goals in fire fighting. Getting the wild fire under control to make sure people and property are spared is another. I think if we could stop a lot of wild fires from starting that would be very good but I feel some of these are intentionally set by people who love to watch things burn.
