Shooting Sharp China
The ownership of firearms is greatly restricted in China. Any sharp shooting is done as part of competition and highly regulated. It would be sponsored by the State and the participants would almost definitely be either members of the armed forces or police or people who were members of those institutions and left to pursue shooting because of their aptitude for it and encouraged by the State to do so.
