Columbia Maryland Mall Shooting

Another shooting case, my goodness this is so common these days that I swear when I go to the mall I am always observing anyone who looks suspicious.

COLUMBIA, Md. - Police confirm three dead including the suspected gunman in a shooting at a suburban Baltimore mall.

The Howard County Police Department confirmed the deaths on it's Twitter account, and said one of the deceased is the suspected gunman. A police department news release said one subject was located near a gun and ammunition, and is believed to have likely been the shooter.

The news release said there have been no reports of shots fired since the body was discovered. Authorities have no confirmed the identities of any people involved and are asking people to stay inside until police can clear them. Source 9

Columbia Maryland Mall Shooting History & Civil Business Politics

Police in Columbia, Md., have identified the suspect in Saturday's shooting at the Mall in Columbia. Howard County Police Chief Bill McMahon said Darion Marcus Aguilar, 19, fatally shot two people at a store before killing himself. McMahon said police are trying to determine whether Aguilar knew either of the victims. Ref. USAToday

Shooting Mall Maryland Columbia

Darion Aguilar, who killed two people and then himself at a Maryland mall this past weekend, had written in his personal journal about killing people, Howard County police have revealed.

Aguilar also wrote that he was apologizing to his family "For what he was planning to do," According to police. Aguilar wrote that he had a plan set, but did not write what that plan was or mention whether it targeted anyone specifically.

Aguilar also wrote of needing the help of a mental health professional, a need he had not disclosed to his family. He also "Expresses thoughts of wanting to die and says he is ready to die. He expresses a general hatred of others," According to police. Ref. CNN
