Did you hear about Geronimo's Great Grandson suing the US government for the lost remains of Geronimo so that a proper burial can take place?

If no proper burial has been done yet then I hope he wins. I recall something like that happened in British Columbia a couple years back. It was around a dozen bodies and they won.

This is the decision of the nation and not him alone. The suit should be just for that and not money to shame him.

I agree chief, unfortunately some many times in issues if your not seeking remuneration it is considered you are not serious in what you are pursuing. If money were received perhaps it could be used to build a scholar fund for those who seek university or a program educating the young of traditional ways and let it be some thing more valuable then greed.
