The first impression can be the most important. That means paying close attention to the curb appeal of your home. If potential buyers feel welcomed from the moment they pull up to the curb you may already have an edge in selling your home quickly. A nice entry will help enhance the setting. Appropriate landscaping is important. And if you have enough room a porch swing or a nice park bench can help give buyers that "homey" feeling. The key is setting the stage to make buyers think, "Hey, I can see myself living here."

You are absolutely correct LDS_forever, not to mention the kitchen is one area where every dollar you spend can be regain in the sell. You can do well in bathrooms as well but not as much as well as the kitchen. The real trick is being able to do the work yourself to minimize your losses.

Truly if I saw someone trying to sell their house on Facebook then I would think it was a scam. I would have to do a legit search on the house and owner before I could get serious about it.
