Noodles fried Indonesian

Health is not a consideration when eating this meal but I love Chinese food and plan on making this at least once though I might leave out the ginger.

Indonesian "fried" Noodles Reviews Consumer & Travel Family Culture

I enjoy Chinese food but I do not remember ever having this dish. It sounds like it would be good but I am just speculating on that. Sometimes it sucks not being able to taste food.
