Charisma / Charm - This allows you to "Like" someone's Post. It is a good show of how constructive is the input of a Member according to other Members.

I was thinking… would you like to know by Email when someone gives you a Charisma / Charm point or would you rather be surprised when you login and see a increased / decreased number of Charisma / Charm points?

Personally speaking only for myself, I really like the surprise of logging in and discovering that someone has raised your charm, it kind of makes it exciting.. but then I'm a big kid at heart anyway.

I agree with DianeC - and sometimes I don't even notice until I've been posting for a bit. It's still cool, even after all this time...

Yes, I agree. It's kind of fun to discover it as a surprise after logging in.

I also like the surprise and I always notice rather quickly when someone gave me a new charm.

Okay, well it seems like instant notification does not appeal to everyone, BUT I bet if someone gave you negative charm then you would want to know instantly right?

Okay, I admit you've got a point, and you probably know us all better than we think

Personally, I'd only looked at it from the positive aspect, and not considered the negative aspect!

I would be really gutted if I got a 'minus', so would want to know pretty rapidly, but would also hope that people are being fair when they leave a negative charm for you.

It certainly makes you think about it when you put it like that JB!

I do like the idea of instant notification of negatives.

Of course, as I have said before, I celebrate the single negative I got. It was funny! It didn't upset me for a moment.
