Virginia Beach Massacre

Police say all but one of the victims in Virginia Beach shooting were city employees, identifies shooter. Virginia Beach police chief Jim Cervera identified the gunman as a 40-year-old public utilities engineer who had worked for 15 years in the department. Cervera described the scene Friday as a "War zone" in the running battle between police and the shooter. Source 4g.
