Hello everyone. Please call me Allen. I am a huge fan of many Role-playing Game types and genres. I can at times be a power player, however, I tend to try and keep that in check.
I mainly enjoy Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Ponyfinder(MLP Role-playing Game), Si-Fi, Fantasy and even just the plain old adventure Role-playing Games.
I am a very passionate creator of characters and many of my characters tend to seem Over Powered. However, I am capable of limiting how much my character uses at any given time. This is usually through either a cause in his/her backstory or a developed fear of his/her given powers.
I tend to make very complicated characters. Just to give an example, (Be warned large amount of text description incoming) one of my already made characters is a cybernetic being that was born with a very rare and often deadly genetic degradation condition. It means her very genes were breaking down and were unstable. Her parents fought for a long time and very hard to figure out a way to save her life. They eventually figured out the cause, but not before one of her arms and legs, usually the opposite limb from the first, and her wings had already become non useful. Those limbs were either cut off/amputated or had naturally fallen off.
This left her crippled and unable to live a truly normal-ish life. But with her Cybernetic limbs and implants, she has regained her lost limbs and their functions. She can now live as normal a life as possible.
Again I inform you that this is just an example of how complicated my Role-playing Game characters can be.

Allen,
As a relatively new player to this site myself, I wanted to stop by and say hi. This is a great site. It is well run and the people here are all top notch. They are friendly and will answer questions quickly with no judgements. So, I hope to see you and your insanely complicated characters around.
Greetings Allen, and welcome to the boards. Hope you like it here.
There are a number of games ongoing, mostly Dungeons & Dragons /PF, pretty much every edition other than 4E. We had a couple Science Fiction games and even a Ponyfinder, but they aren't active at present.
Take a look around, and let us know if you want to join in on something.
Hi Allencory! Nice to have you here. For ROK II you do need to make your entries unique for each new character you create. If you have more questions you can use the support button in the game or see this topic: Discuss ROK II.
Not at present, there has been interest in such a game, but a game master has not stepped up to the challenge since the last one ended.
If interested you might be able to change that, but I wouldn't recommend diving straight into that role.
