Eating mushrooms may reduce the risk of cognitive decline. Researchers found that seniors who consume more than two standard portions of mushrooms weekly may have 50 percent reduced odds of having mild cognitive impairment. Source 9p.
I'm not a big fan of eating mushrooms but at the same time hearing these possible facts might be really beneficial for when I get older, especially around the 40s when cognitive decline begins (Could be younger too).
