On the road to creating an electrodeless spacecraft propulsion engine. Researchers have been trying to find out how the plasma flow is influenced by its environment via laboratory experiments. And in doing so, have made headway on research towards creating an electrodeless plasma thruster used to propel spacecraft. Source 7h.

Engine Propulsion Spacecraft Electrodeless
Using the magnetic fields and the plasma that is plentiful in the universe is a good step in providing a propulsion engine that can help us reach the stars. I look forward to seeing more research in this field and maybe we can have a fuel to power our space craft to near light speed or beyond.
