While I would not say that serial killers are dangerous they have to be some of the nicest people. How else can they attract their victims and then kill them. I think they are very social people and if you did not know that they were serial killers then you would find yourself talking to them and socializing with them as they are and have to be very social able people to get inside and have access to their next victim.
