Cravings Food

One would think that a person who can not taste things would have no cravings. I still crave certain things here and there and will eat them. Most of the time I do not crave anything as it just does not sound good. I do enjoy eating apple pie and oreo cookies or fresh made chocolate chip cookies *smile*.

I just love to eat food and when they make it looks so good I want to eat it more. I really love a hearty meal but I think I overdo it on desserts and that's where the real weight packs on.

However, an examination of 28 current peer-reviewed scientific studies largely substantiates findings that changes in diet, prescription medications, physical activity and bariatric surgery reduce craving. Cravings Food

You crave more food when you do not eat the right foods. If you eat a lot of junk then your body is not getting the nutrients it needs so instinctively your brain will tell you to eat more until you get it right.
