Or is it the media doing their best to be at odds with him? For eight years the anointed President Obama, who was by no means perfect and his policies allowed Russia back into the Middle East and helped lead to the dissolution of the states of Libya and Syria and nearly Egypt too except for quick action by their military. Where was the press… fawning all over him. Now they have gone to total opposite extreme. One would almost think them unfair.

I think she'll do about the same as Sean Spicer did. It's tough when you have a completely hostile press corps and a boss who is unconventional. Between the press' attacks and President Trump's tweets her job is going to be tough.

Sarah Sanders to receive Secret Service protection. White House press secretary Sarah Sanders is expected to receive Secret Service protection as soon as Wednesday, two sources familiar with the decision tell CNN, but they did not specify how long it will last.

The Secret Service declined to comment, telling CNN: "For operational security purposes the Secret Service does not comment on its protective operations."

The news comes days after Sanders was asked to leave a small Lexington, Virginia, restaurant because of her role with the Trump administration, a move that has since sparked a national conversation on civility and public service in the age of Trump. Ref. CNN.
