Negative attention from teachers can lead to more negative student behaviors
Researchers have developed a new method for observing and measuring teacher interaction with every child in a classroom. As a result of testing this method within K-3 classrooms, they found that students who receive more negative attention from teachers experience increases in problems with emotional regulation, concentration and disruptive behaviors. You can't really blame the teachers for showing negative attention, being a teacher is not an easy task to carry out daily while trying to show positive vibes for a better environment. That also depends on the students who can also be the cause of negative behavior from teachers. In the end, we are all humans. Edited: Felipe on 26th Aug, 2016 - 9:55pm
