For those of you who do not want to read the report it basically says that the military had technology for high altitude flight that no one at the time believed was possible. This led to an increase in the amount of UFO sightings during the period and thus the Roswell Crashed Ship, Area 51, and the Aliens from Outerspace scenarios. Of course the report does nothing for true believers who will see it as a continued 'coverup' of alien technology. You decide.
