How can anyone get to the point of wanting to pull out a gun and shoot someone in the head? Even shoot another person that wasn't even driving. Probably if it wasn't Smith it would have been someone else.

Cardell Hayes has been indicted on four charges including second-degree murder in the death of former New Orleans Saints defensive end Will Smith, prosecutors say.

A jury has found Cardell Hayes, the man on trial for the killing of former New Orleans Saints defensive end Will Smith, guilty of multiple charges including manslaughter.
