Future The Homes Prefab

First off, it's in Austin, Texas. That's always a plus in my book. But the little house itself looks pretty darn cool. I like this minimalist approach I've been seeing and the fact it can grow as you need it to makes such good sense. I definitely a believer but I'd need to see it in action for a while before I'd buy.
