Democracy in Africa
Why are most African countries not following a democracy type government structure?
Quite simply because they do not want it. What works for western civilizations do not work for dictators, tribes and people who want to control every facet of the population.

In order for democracy to work at all, there must be stability, in the region, an educated populace, and a generally accepted social ideal valuing communal strength over that of the individual. Many parts of Africa are missing all three.
