A San Pedro High School student said he had sex with a now-incarcerated teacher after she bought him an Xbox. The boy plans to file suit against substitute biology teacher Michelle Yeh and the Los Angeles Unified School District. Yeh was sentenced in January to prison. Ref. Source 2i.

So the kid had the affair with her and said about it after he got the benefits for himself. Nice character to the kid too.

You may think that the child had some small part too play in the whole thing but never put any blame on the victim because in this case the victim is still a child. The adult led on, coerced and did things that she should know better - she is 100% to blame!

But of course the adult was the one that seduced the child, I am not saying that it his fault. I am saying that he accepted the benefits first, maybe he was under her pressure and vented off so the whole think became known. I dunno. I just cannot find words for my detest of pedophiles.

Well you are assuming that he accepted "Benefits" that led towards an act. We don't know that. Maybe the relationship was platonic or innocent and then when further south after that. This is where professionalism and ethics come in. As a teacher you can't have casual after school relationships with students its just out of the equation.
