Is the military of Czech Republic employing the same tactical procedures when they confront an enemy in modern combat or has their attack always static? Does Czech Republic get their combat tactics from historical battles of other countries?

Most of the senior officers of the Czech Republic were trained in Soviet tactics but the younger ones have been trained in various NATO schools (US, France, Germany, England, etc.) in NATO tactics. These combine flexibility with showing initiative rather than overwhelming artillery preparation followed by a stringent plan carried out to the tee without deviation that was the milestone of Soviet strategy.
