A new study found that a policy called reference pricing is effective at encouraging patients to spend significantly less on prescription drugs by choosing cheaper drugs over name brand options. No doubt, I know I'd spend less if I had to buy prescription drugs. Wouldn't anyone want to save a few bucks here and there, or significantly more in some cases where prescription drugs are concerned? This doesn't look that hard to do to save some money.

The price of drugs here in the United States is out ragious. People in other countries can get the same name brand drugs for pennies on the dollar of what we pay here. Talk about fleecing the people. Why do we keep buying all these expensive drugs? The drug companies are raking us for every dime they can get out of us.
