Briadia already volunteered to keep watch in the middle of the night. I say the odds favor the group over two lone individuals. It is fine for eveyone to roleplay their characters as they see fit. Just don't be surprised when other characters might be a little angry.
That's the problem with large groups like this. No one wants to elect a leader at first usually. Things like this continually happen in chaotic groups such as this. The group is separated and weakened. I think that our characters should have a serious discussion in the morning and elect a leader. We can always continue as we are also. . It will make things more exciting and more characters will die most likely.

Guess we will have to see what happens now with three people gone and doing their own things. Looks we will be walking in the morning thus taking more time as we place the food stuffs if it is still good on the mules to carry it.
Unsure on what your obsession with the food is, you could have easily had Brathark stroll over and take it when I was waiting to see if anyone would do that. Manos removing it himself was the secondary option incase no one took it; which is now officially canon.
As for my character, I literally said after the short break that he moved to his wagon and was ready to go. Immediately after that people decided, without asking the group [By The Way], that they were sleeping here. So my character sat there watching the group and debating.
When it became evident that noone was following Photokles, Manos made his decision; though he tried to take Elymas or anyone else with him. When noone agreed to join him, he left.
That's the flaw of play by post games especially with large groups. Around the table it is easy to decide where to go etc. We aren't all together and it bogs the game down badly to wait for everyone to give their opinion on something as simple as where to camp. Briadia stayed with the group because Brathark has been the unofficial leader. She doesn't like suicide missions. Rpg 101 is to never split the group like this. It isn't a split for an hour or two. These characters may literally never meet again. Anything could happen. Let's roll the dice and find out I suppose.

Obsession with the food is quite simple. That is how we survive. We had supplies in a wagon to assist us on our journey. You chose to waste a lot of it by "Tossing" it out of "YOUR" wagon. Now you have split up the group even more. You have proven you can not be trusted and just want to do your own thing. What I am saying is pretty much out of character as he is sleeping. And yes one can sleep through a lot of noise at times trust me I have slept through some noises that most could not sleep through.
"You have proven you can not be trusted and just want to do your own thing."
That is exactly how Manos feels about the group letting Photokles leave and then deciding suddenly to sleep instead of continue onward. He doesn't trust the ones that stayed.
[By The Way], if you want it to be canon that part of the food is wasted, that is on you. You can say I dumped it in front of my horses and then trampled over it if you want to. The food is the group's problem now; do with it what you see fit.

That's on Photokles, not the group. In the post where he left he saw that we were setting up to camp and he decided to leave. We didn't watch him go and decide then to camp. He knew we were stopping there. If you are in a group and take off and leave the group it is you to blame and not the group. People chose to leave the group. The group didn't choose to leave them.
The group didn't choose to try and stop or aid him either. It just ignored his passing, just like it ignored that Manos was literally sitting in his wagon ready to go.
I do have to note that I'm not personally upset or anything; though my character is. I'm just trying to help you understand his part. (The rewriting of what happened with the food did annoy me; but I'm past that now.).
