Company fires employees who didn't work during Irma. Then, rehires them. The largest employer in Lee County, Fla., is scrambling to rehire the employees it released. Source 9t.

Well, it sounds like this employer had it right. They have to staff the hospital and they offer shelter for an employees family and even pets during an emergency. It sounds like they have a well thought out plan.
