Daniel Guerra Missing
FEARFUL that her eight-year-old grandson Daniel Guerra has been abducted, grandmother Shirley Indarsingh yesterday made a passionate plea to his abductors to release her grandson unharmed.
Daniel Guerra (Hover)
The body of this precious little boy was found in a river. The police didn't determine yet the cause of the death. In this scenario, I am thinking he either fell into the river and drowned or someone abducted him, killed him and then threw him in the river.
I am convinced there are people who saw something because the parlor was only 50 feet from his home.
My deepest condolences to Daniel's mom and family.

It seems like the police found a silver car (rented car) that was probably the car the neighbors saw Daniel entering. Also a police officer is being questioned because he had a relationship with the mother of the child and it ended up sour some days ago.
I read this morning in the newspaper that the death of little Daniel was classified by the police as "homicide". Police said there was a wound to the head and shoulder, but were unable to say whether the wounds were sustained as the child's body was being dragged by the waters. However, if they classified it as murder then it seems like the police has some evidence and doesn't see this case as "accidental".
The family of Daniel was not convinced of the results from the first autopsy (stated that he had died from drowning) and that's why they decided to do a second one, a private one which indicates that he died as a result of strangulation and not drowning. Detectives have stopped the funeral (according to the Newsday)and ordered a third autopsy be done at the Forensic Science Centre today.
It makes you wonder, how they can possibly confuse drowning with strangulation?
