Police: Suspect arrested in Delaware after allegedly killing three people during Maryland shooting rampage. The Harford County Sheriff's Office tweeted that Radee Labeeb Prince had been apprehended in Delaware on Wednesday. Prince, who police said has been arrested 42 times in Delaware alone, is accused of opening fire Wednesday at a Maryland granite supplier, leaving three dead and two others critically wounded.
