Thinking about Halloween but its not actually about Halloween if you were to roll up a scary character what kind of attributes, skills or class will your character need to be 'scary'?

This would take a person using a monster as a player characer or someone who could ne more evil in alignment that enjoys doing things to others that is very uncommon. Thus making the character more scary than normal.

I dare someone on Halloween to choose to get their character to put on a robe with a hood, paint their face white and carry a sickle to the nearest town and knock on one of the tavern doors and say, "This is death and I've come to call!" Should be a riot for the game.
