Green cattle is a nice way to figure out the lower methane producing cattle and making it more friendly to the environment. Breeding low emission cattle to each other to produce a lesser emissions cow and thus cattle we can lower the greenhouse gasses. I do have to wonder how they are able to measure the gasses coming from each cow.
