So for killing a model she gets at tattoo of the accident date on her neck and she does not have to spend any time in jail or anything except she can not drive for a year. Talk about a slap on the wrist. I would have thought that she would get a much stiffer penalty.

Some drivers get me so angry they drive as though they are literally the only ones on the road. She might have gotten a slap on the wrist but the civil suit will make her cry.

If a civil suit is allowed to take place in France where she is at I am not sure that Australia will have any say in where she pays or faces a civil penalty or fine in this case. I am not even sure that Australia has a civil penalty law like the US has.

They should have some kind of joint agreement or mutual agreement for this because she admitted guilt already its not like it has to be proven.
