Currently at category three Hurricane Irma is moving towards the Caribbean sea. The tracks currently are showing it skirting the coast of South America before it starts moving northwest or even more north. I believe this track will get close to the Trinidad/Tobago islands but with it being so far out to sea things can change before it makes it way all the way over here.

If this develops into something really bad then there are two predictions about it. One is it can hit the south eastern states around Florida and the other the north east states around New York.

Wit hit not even getting close to here until mid part of next week we have plenty of time to figure out what it will do. I think it is growing bigger from the last report so that will weaken it some but with the nice warm waters it will soon regain strength and be bigger yet.
