What If The Nazis Won World War 2?
Considering their technological advancements, if the Nazis had won World War 2 would we be further ahead now in terms of space exploration, cures for diseases, etc.? Would the Nazi party be the same or would it have evolved?

Those Nazis were pretty smart. If they had another year they probably would have won because they were on the brink of stealth flight and intercontinental missiles. I think if they were around today they wouldn't be any further than we are now because there would not be a desperate it need for killing technology. The Nazis only made those gains because Hitler was insisting on it.
