New study confirms adage that with age comes wisdom

Not True Wisdom Age With

That is an interesting study. I do feel that wisdom comes with age for the most part. A person will either learn by another's mistake or their own. Age and experience give a person more perspective on the world and how things work. I'm not saying that a younger person can't be wise. I'm younger and feel that I have a little wisdom *smile*. This doesn't mean that all older people are wise. An older person will be wiser than they were when younger but they still could lack in wisdom.

Sometimes, not all people are bound to be wiser with age as it is their choice to become wiser or not. A person at a young age can still carry out ignorance all the way until senescence. Of course it also depends on the life experience in the end.

It really depends on how you spend your time. If you immerse your time in studying, reading and good things then I can agree with this.

I do not like when older folks always think they are right just because they are older than you. They may have more experience but it doesn't mean they are right… it doesn't mean their 'wisdom' is correct or even wise.
