Claims allege sexual assault of disabled student at a San Diego high school was mishandled. A severely disabled boy was sexually assaulted at his high school by another disabled student, and authorities failed to prevent or properly report it, according to two new claims against the San Diego Unified School District and the City of San Diego. Something like this happening in a high school and not being reported or documented properly is a sign that our high schools are more messed up than many of us realize. This in itself is a disturbing report knowing that a disabled person would assault another disabled person and basically get by with it.
