Mel Tillis

Tillis, 85, died early Sunday morning at the Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala, Florida, according to his publicist Don Murry Grubbs. The suspected cause of death was respiratory failure. The Country Music Hall of Famer went to No. 1 with hits like 'I Ain't Never,' and won CMA's entertainer of the year in 1976. Ref. USAToday

Tillis Mel

This is sad news. I grew up listening to Mr. Tillis. I thought he was a great singer and I am sure a lot of people will miss him. Rest in peace Mel.
